After processing, the average shipping time is 1 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery may be delayed during busy periods, holidays, or due to customs procedures.

3. Shipping Method and Origin

To reduce waste and lower CO₂ emissions, we ship directly from our supplier in China. As a result, customs duties or import fees may apply depending on the destination country.

5. Tracking Your Order — Customer Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for monitoring their tracking number via our website and the tracking link provided by email.

  • Customers are responsible for checking whether the package will be delivered to their home address or to a collection point, and for collecting it if necessary.

  • If delivery takes longer than expected or if there is an issue with your shipment, please contact us first by email at info@orlagracedublin.com instead of immediately initiating a chargeback or refund.
